cBrain, a Denmark-based software company listed on NASDAQ under the ticker CBRAIN, has entered into a strategic partnership with Djoef, one of Denmark’s largest trade unions, boasting approximately 110,000 members, including lawyers and economists. This collaboration aims to develop a new generation of integrated digital platforms for trade unions, extending cBrain’s focus into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market.
The partnership is part of cBrain’s broader strategy to leverage its strengths in integrated standard software platforms, particularly in government and private organizations. The ambition is to create a common digital foundation that connects membership registries with casework, documents, and member services. This integrated platform is designed to enhance both the member experience and the operational efficiency of the organization.
According to Per Tejs Knudsen, CEO of cBrain, the partnership builds on the company’s existing capabilities, particularly its F2 ServiceBuilder, a no-code configuration tool that allows services and workflows to be defined and maintained within the standard F2 platform. This tool will enable Djoef to evolve its services as needed, while retaining the benefits of an integrated standard product.
In parallel with this strategic move, cBrain has announced an upgrade to its earnings expectations for the year 2026. The company now forecasts an earnings before tax (EBT) margin of 22-26%, up from the previously announced 20-25%. Additionally, cBrain continues to see solid business development during the third quarter, with revenue growth expectations of 10-15% for the year.
The integrated platform being developed will provide a controlled environment for introducing AI into daily work, with access to relevant information governed by the organization’s permissions and processes. The initial project is planned to span several years and will be delivered in phases.
Knudsen emphasized that the partnership is expected to contribute to the further development of F2 ServiceBuilder through the integration of new technologies and functionalities, such as CRM capabilities. These improvements are anticipated to strengthen the standard platform and create opportunities for reuse across customers and sectors.
With this strategic move, cBrain aims to solidify its position in the digital transformation of trade unions and other organizations, leveraging its expertise in integrated software solutions to drive operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
