NASHVILLE, TN, UNITED STATES, October 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Country/Americana artist Caryn Dixon is set to release her new single, "Star of Boscobel," on October 16, ahead of her forthcoming EP, "Where I’ve Been," which will arrive on November 27, 2026. Dixon, known for blending country storytelling with folk, Americana, and alternative influences, is celebrating the release of "Star of Boscobel" with a listening event at The Bowery Vault in Nashville.
The listening event, scheduled for October 16 at 8:30 p.m., will take place at 2905 Gallatin Pike. Dixon plans to bring the Wisconsin karaoke star who inspired the song into the music video and record a duet version together, allowing listeners to meet the person behind the music. The video, set for December release, will feature a visual direction centered around nighttime streetlights and twinkle lights.
Dixon's upcoming EP, "Where I’ve Been," includes the title track, "High Tide," "Something Somewhere," "Star of Boscobel," and "Running for Gold." The project reflects Dixon's experiences as a mother and independent artist, and she has recently performed seven shows in the UK, with four sold-out performances in Wales and England.
In addition to her music, Dixon is speaking more openly about her experience with domestic abuse. This October, she is sharing personal video content as part of her Domestic Violence Awareness Month outreach. Dixon's return to music following a lengthy hiatus provides another perspective on the experiences behind her work.
Dixon's music career, which began three years ago, has seen her build a catalog of 27 releases over the past two years. Her previous EPs include "Bird in a Cage" and "Accidental Cowgirl." Since starting this chapter of her music career, Dixon has made an on-air appearance during her UK tour and her single "Bird in a Cage" is receiving airplay on Absolute Radio Country.
