King Global Ventures Inc., a company focused on the exploration of precious and base metals in North America, announced on September 24, 2026, that Caryn Borland, through the Caryn L. Hildenbrand Living Trust DTD 9/23/97, acquired ownership of 5,000,000 Units of the Corporation on September 23, 2026. Each Unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. The Units were purchased from the Corporation on a private placement basis at a price of US $0.40 per Unit.

Each warrant is exercisable to acquire one common share of the Corporation at an exercise price of USD $0.75 per share for two years from the date of closing. Prior to this acquisition, Borland did not own any common shares of the Corporation. As a result of the acquisition, Borland now beneficially owns and controls, directly and indirectly, 5,000,000 common shares and 5,000,000 share purchase warrants, representing approximately 7.58% of the outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis and 13.81% of the issued and outstanding shares on a partially-diluted basis (assuming the conversion of all of the warrants into common shares).

The Black Canyon Project, one of King Global Ventures' key assets, is located in Yavapai County, Arizona, and covers a total area of 3,800 acres, including 15 former operating mines, such as the Howard Copper Mine. The Howard Copper Mine Property is situated on 78 acres of patented land approximately 100 km (64 miles) north of Phoenix, Arizona. Discovered in the early 1920s, small-scale production and development focused on high-grade copper. An estimated 100,000 tonnes of copper grading between 3-5% copper were mined from the property until it was closed in 1942 due to the inability to secure fuel rations during World War II. Historical reports state that the main shaft was sunk to the 900-foot level, but no ore was mined below the 500-foot level.

Additionally, the Mikwam Gold Property, located in Noseworthy Township within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt of the Superior Province, northeastern Ontario, is hosted within Timiskaming-aged polymictic conglomerate and greywacke units and contains disseminated and vein-hosted gold mineralization associated with quartz-carbonate veins and pyrite mineralization. This property is situated along the Casa Berardi Deformation Zone, which hosts Detour Gold’s Burntbush Property.

King Global Ventures continues to explore opportunities in both the Black Canyon and Mikwam properties, aiming to uncover valuable mineral resources in North America. The company's focus on early-stage exploration projects underscores its commitment to identifying and developing new mining assets.
