Denver-based alternative student transportation company EverDriven has announced the appointment of Caroline Argibay as its Chief Financial Officer. Argibay's appointment comes as EverDriven continues to expand its services to support more students and families across the country.

"Caroline's experience leading finance through periods of significant growth makes her an ideal fit for EverDriven," said Mitch Bowling, CEO of EverDriven. "She has a proven track record of building strong financial foundations and fostering collaborative partnerships that drive responsible scaling. More importantly, she shares our passion for the mission and is committed to helping EverDriven serve even more students and families."

Argibay's professional journey began in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, followed by her role at Alterra Mountain Company. Her personal connection to EverDriven's mission stems from her family's experience with special education.

"I am proud of the service that EverDriven provides in our communities, and this mission is one I believe in both personally and professionally," Argibay said. "I am excited to contribute to EverDriven's success and help the company continue to expand its support of additional school districts across the country."

EverDriven, a leading provider of modern student-centered transportation, specializes in routing and transporting students with a range of needs, including those with disabilities and students experiencing housing instability. The company serves over 800 districts in 38 states and completed more than 2.1 million successful trips during the 2025–26 school year. EverDriven's approach is deeply human, fully compliant, and powered by AI, helping districts get students on the road in hours, not days.

Argibay's leadership is expected to further solidify EverDriven's financial health and strategic positioning as it continues to support an increasing number of students and families.
