SCOTTSDALE, AZ, UNITED STATES, October 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- CallRadius has introduced a solution to a long-standing issue in the healthcare advertising sector by partnering with CallRail to offer HIPAA-compliant call tracking for dental and medical practices advertising on Google Local Services Ads (LSA). This move addresses a significant gap in the market, where healthcare providers have been unable to review calls or receive automated lead credits for their ads.

Traditionally, Local Services Ads charge per lead, and Google records calls to allow advertisers to review each one. However, this system is not available for healthcare categories, leaving practices in the dark about the effectiveness of their advertising efforts.

CallRadius now sets up CallRail call tracking for dental and medical practices that advertise on LSA. The process involves CallRadius setting up a CallRail tracking number for the practice and adding it to the practice's Local Services Ad. Calls are then recorded, with a disclosure, and stored in the practice's CallRail Healthcare account, which is covered by CallRail's business associate agreement (BAA). The Healthcare plan includes call recording, transcripts, and call scoring, providing a comprehensive view of the calls received.

CallRadius's LSA manager, working under a business associate agreement with the practice, compares the leads Google charged for with the calls the practice actually received. This comparison helps identify missed calls and front-desk patterns that cost the practice new patients.

For healthcare advertisers considering call tracking, CallRadius recommends checking four key points: 1. The call tracking vendor has signed a business associate agreement with the practice. 2. Every company that listens to or reviews patient calls, including the marketing agency, has signed one too. 3. Callers hear a recording disclosure. Some states require consent from everyone on a recorded call. 4. Call recordings and caller details are not copied into tools outside those agreements, such as spreadsheets, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, or ad platforms.

The release also references Google Local Services Help pages for more detailed information on managing leads and jobs, as well as CallRail's page on call tracking for healthcare.

This new offering from CallRadius aims to provide transparency and accountability for healthcare practices, ensuring they can make informed decisions about their advertising spend and improve their patient acquisition strategies.
