A third zone, the TGV Glass Substrate Manufacturing Demonstration Line, will provide a visual representation of the complete TGV manufacturing process. Covering precision through-glass via technologies, thin-glass processing, and advanced manufacturing, this initiative aims to accelerate collaboration among equipment suppliers, material providers, semiconductor packaging companies, and end users.
