GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Nov. 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Burco Products, a manufacturer of mirror glass and related products for the automotive aftermarket, has completed the acquisition of Delta Kits, Inc., a provider of professional windshield repair systems and headlight restoration products. This move will create a single source for professional automotive aftermarket glass repair and replacement, enhancing efficiency and service for repair shops.
Bamidele Ali, previously the CEO of Burco, has been named the new CEO of the combined company. Bill Castleberry, who has served as President, will transition to a Board role focused on strategic growth, working closely with the Office of the CEO.
The acquisition brings together two companies that serve the same professional customers from different sides of the job. Burco supplies mirror replacement products, while Delta Kits offers windshield repair systems and headlight restoration products. Together, they will provide a comprehensive toolkit for automotive glass professionals.
"Delta Kits is a natural fit for Burco," said Ali.
Customers can expect business as usual. Orders, contacts, and support will continue without interruption, and over time, customers will gain access to the full combined portfolio, along with new products and services to be announced.
Bamidele Ali brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in product innovation, commercialization, and mergers and acquisitions at Fortune 100 companies, including GE Healthcare and Danaher. He has led acquisition integrations and new product launches, most recently as Senior Vice President of Commercialization at Origin Materials. A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Ali holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Certificate in Materials Science from Virginia Tech.
