Bridgehead IT, a San Antonio-based provider of managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology strategy solutions, has appointed Greg Stroike as its new Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This move comes as the company aims to scale its sales organization and deepen client relationships to support its continued growth.
Stroike brings over a decade of experience in technology sales leadership, having held various roles at Rackspace Technology for the past decade. His expertise spans IT transformation, managed hybrid cloud, security, mission-critical hosting, and application management services. He has also managed sales operations, deal governance, and large-value enterprise deals, working with Fortune 100 companies, startups, and high-growth private organizations.
In his new role, Stroike will focus on building and developing the sales team, strengthening client and partner relationships, and aligning sales, account management, and marketing to support Bridgehead's next phase of growth. Known for his leadership style rooted in teaching and winning by process rather than individual charisma, Stroike is well suited to lead Bridgehead's sales efforts.
Wes Bunch, CEO and co-founder of Bridgehead IT, expressed enthusiasm about Stroike's appointment. "Building out our sales function has been one of the top priorities for the company, and it's bigger than any one person. Greg has stepped up to the plate with the experience, the technical chops, and many years of leadership to build and develop a team around him," Bunch stated.
"Greg has a proven track record of success in the technology industry, and I am confident that he will help us take our business to the next level. We are well positioned for growth, and I am excited to see what we can achieve together."
Stroike's appointment reflects Bridgehead IT's continued investment in experienced leadership as it scales. The company, founded in 1999, has built a reputation as a vendor-agnostic IT services provider known for delivering tailored, enterprise-level solutions. With Stroike at the helm of sales, Bridgehead IT aims to further enhance its market position and client relationships.
As organizations navigate increasingly complex decisions across cybersecurity, cloud, artificial intelligence, and long-term technology strategy, Bridgehead IT is well-equipped to support them with its comprehensive suite of services. The company's focus on architecting right-fit solutions for its clients is set to benefit from Stroike's leadership, as the firm looks to expand its market reach and client base.
