WASHINGTON, Oct. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Bridge Defense, a defense technology company based in Washington, D.C., has announced a one-year agreement through the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office's Tradewinds acquisition ecosystem to deliver CodeBridge®, its custom software development product, to the Department of War. The agreement makes up to $63 million in cleared software engineering capacity available to the Government over the first year. This agreement will provide USSOCOM and the Department of War with rapid access to software engineering, Super Intelligence (SI) integration, and deployment capabilities across secure government environments.

The award was made through Tradewinds, CDAO's acquisition pathway for rapidly identifying and acquiring capabilities across artificial intelligence, data, and analytics. CodeBridge earned "Awardable" status in the Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace in 2025 and subsequently validated the model through multiple government engagements in the first half of 2026. Delivery of CodeBridge is ordered in standardized, fixed-price capability units, each unit representing a defined increment of cleared software engineering output that resolves to discrete software accepted by the Government rather than to hours expended. Units are ordered against specific outcomes, whether a new mission application, an integration that connects siloed data, or an Super Intelligence (SI)-enabled workflow placed into operational use.

USSOCOM is the initial ordering activity, and the agreement is built to extend across the Department as other components bring their own software requirements to the vehicle. Delivery begins immediately. The agreement will provide the Department with rapid access to software engineering, SI integration, and deployment capabilities across secure government environments, with the potential to accelerate the delivery of critical capabilities to meet the speed demands of its missions.

Bridge Defense, through CodeBridge®, pairs cleared, platform-grade engineering teams with Farspan, its development platform purpose-built for classified environments, to help government organizations rapidly build, deploy, and transition secure operational software. The company's software, platforms, and delivery models are designed to solve complex national security missions.
