Donohue joined Brennan in 2021 and has been instrumental in the asset and portfolio management of the firm’s Net Lease platform. In his new role, he will oversee designated portfolios, manage operations, leasing, and disposition activities. Additionally, he will dedicate time to identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities as Brennan continues to expand its Net Lease platform.

With over four decades of commercial real estate experience, Donohue has managed property management, leasing, asset and portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Prior to joining Brennan, he was part of the team that launched First Industrial Realty Trust in 1994. Donohue has managed portfolios encompassing millions of square feet and has executed more than 10 million square feet of leases. He has directed the acquisition of over $500 million in real estate assets, completed over $300 million in dispositions, and participated in the development of over $100 million in new properties.
“Brennan's Net Lease platform has continued to evolve and grow, and I am excited to take on this expanded role as we look toward the next phase,” Donohue said. “I look forward to continuing to work with our team to drive performance across the existing portfolio while also helping identify opportunities that support the platform's long-term growth.”
