Brennan Investment Group Appoints Keith Hartley as Director, Head of Technology

Brennan Investment Group, a privately held industrial real estate investment firm based in Chicago, has appointed Keith Hartley as Director, Head of Technology. This new leadership role underscores the company's commitment to enhancing its technological infrastructure and operational efficiency.

Hartley will lead Brennan's technology strategy and initiatives, focusing on enterprise applications, data governance and security, vendor management, and business transformation. His role will involve working closely with various teams to improve cybersecurity, data quality, and reporting capabilities. Additionally, Hartley will explore opportunities for artificial intelligence (AI) to drive efficiency and ensure that Brennan's technology platform supports the firm's growth and business objectives.

With over a decade of technology leadership experience, Hartley joins Brennan from Cboe Global Markets, where he served as Global Manager, Infrastructure and Systems Engineering. At Cboe, he led global infrastructure and systems engineering and played a key role in the development and standardization of the company's AI platform. Prior to that, Hartley held the position of Vice President, Technology Enablement and Operations at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, where he built and led the firm's technology enablement function, streamlined its application environment, and integrated key platforms with a new data warehouse to improve reporting and visibility across the asset lifecycle.

Earlier in his career, Hartley served as Assistant Vice President, IT Enterprise Product Manager at GCM Grosvenor.

The creation of the Head of Technology role reflects Brennan's continued investment in its people, technology, and corporate infrastructure to improve how the company operates and support its long-term growth. Since 2010, Brennan Investment Group has acquired or developed $8 billion in industrial real estate in 30 states, with a current portfolio spanning 30 states and encompassing approximately 58 million square feet.
