BPMG Launches More Challenging 'Chinese Restaurant' Demo for Cooking Adventure on Steam

The new demo, which features the "Chinese Restaurant," adds 21 stages to the game, making it more challenging than the previous demo that included 20 stages across the "Grill House" and "Sushi House." This new demo is part of a broader strategy by BPMG to build awareness for the game ahead of its November launch.
The company has chosen to participate in two upcoming Steam events: Steam Cooking Fest, which runs from October 12 to 19 (PDT), and Steam Next Fest, from October 19 to 26 (PDT). These events will provide an opportunity for players to experience the game and potentially add it to their Steam wishlists. The Steam version of the game is a premium PC experience that adapts the original mobile gameplay for PC players. It is designed to offer a wide range of restaurants and stages without in-app purchases, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for players.
BPMG's mobile version of Cooking Adventure has already surpassed 33 million downloads worldwide, indicating a strong fan base. The game allows players to prepare and serve dishes to fulfill customer orders across a variety of themed restaurants. The Steam edition is a premium PC game that adapts the original mobile experience for PC players. It is designed to let players enjoy a wide range of restaurants and stages without in-app purchases.
The company's CEO, Jihoon Cha, has stated that the new demo will attract a wider audience and generate interest in the game. Through its subsidiary, Blomics, BPMG operates several game services, including Tales Runner, Fortress 3 Blue, EOS Red, and EOS Black. The company has raised KRW 7 billion (approximately USD 5 million) in Series A funding and works with IT partners such as ITCEN, Megazone, and Galaxia Metaverse.
