Boston Globe Launches Sixth Season of Mental Health Podcast

BOSTON, Sept. 30, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Boston Globe Media and Tufts Health Plan, a Point32Health company, have partnered once more to launch season six of Turning Points: Navigating Mental Health, an original podcast series focused on important conversations around mental health. The five-episode series, created in collaboration with Boston Globe Media's branded content experts at Studio/B, will feature stories from those who have reclaimed their emotional well-being by finding their "Turning Points." For its sixth season, Turning Points: Navigating Mental Health will tackle topics such as parenting in the age of social media, starting over after loss, and navigating mental health in a constant news cycle, among other topics. New episodes will be launched every Wednesday, beginning October 7, 2026.

Renowned clinical social worker and accomplished writer and public speaker Frantzes Lys will return to host season six of Turning Points. Lys has dedicated her life's work to helping people heal by removing emotional blocks in their lives. In each episode, Lys digs into mental health journeys through conversations with various personalities who share unique perspectives of mental well-being.
