The program now recognizes the contributions of 36 suppliers in four distinct categories: the Diamond Award (33), Environmental Sustainability (1), Quality (1), and Outstanding Partnership (1). Bombardier, which is headquartered in Montreal, presented these awards to suppliers who have met the operational performance levels needed to qualify in these specific categories for the 2025 calendar year.
The Diamond Award, the most prestigious, was awarded to 33 suppliers for their outstanding operational performance, commitment to continuous improvement, and upholding high-quality standards. Bombardier's Executive Vice President, Programs, Procurement, Engineering Support and Product Innovation, Eric Filion, highlighted the strength of Bombardier's supply chain, which is built on trusted collaborations with suppliers who consistently deliver on quality, reliability, and innovation.
The Environmental Sustainability Award was given to Thales Canada, Avionics, for their leadership in sustainability practices and sustainable innovations. Bombardier's Executive Vice President, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Execution and Bombardier Operational Excellence System, David Murray, praised the efforts of Thales Canada, Avionics, for their commitment to environmental sustainability.
The Quality Award was presented to Plastiques Flexibülb, recognizing their delivery of high-quality products and their Quality Policy across their organization and sub-tiers.
