FRANKLIN, Tenn., Sept. 22, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- WHAT: BODYBAR Pilates is set to open its first studio in Franklin, Tennessee, offering a high-energy, reformer-based Pilates experience.
WHEN: The grand opening is scheduled for Monday, October 26.
WHERE: The studio is located at 995 Meridian Blvd., Suite 100, Franklin, Tennessee.
WHO: The studio is owned and operated by Brenda Warkow, a first-time franchise owner. Warkow, who previously had a successful career in financial services and sales management, is excited to bring BODYBAR Pilates to her community.
MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES: Leading up to the grand opening, BODYBAR Pilates Franklin will host several community events designed to introduce locals to the brand's signature workouts and the studio team. These include:
- Sip & Shop at BODYBAR Franklin: September 23, 4pm, 7pm. Guests can enjoy prosecco, wine, and light bites while trying their luck in various raffle prizes. - BODYBAR Pilates x 111 Motorclub: September 26, 8:30am. A free mat Pilates class will be offered at 111 Motorclub to help strengthen the core and improve mobility. Space is limited, and attendees must bring their own mat and water. - Studio Tour: September 24, 8:30am, 5:30pm; October 2, 4pm, 7pm; October 3, 9am, 2pm. Prospective members can explore the new studio, meet the team, and learn about the unique workouts offered.
BODYBAR Pilates Franklin will span 2,900 square feet, filled with natural light and a 900-square foot retail area. The studio will house 14 Reformers and a private room for one-on-one training that must be reserved in advance. The studio will offer BODYBAR's signature athletic Pilates classes, led by certified instructors and designed to support strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being for all fitness levels, using state-of-the-art Pilates equipment.
Brenda Warkow, the franchise owner, expressed excitement about opening BODYBAR's first Tennessee studio.
Following this opening, Warkow plans to open her second studio in Brentwood in late 2027. The Franklin studio will offer founding memberships at a 15% discount in September and October, with early members receiving priority booking and a complimentary class before doors open.
