Blitzy Secures Largest Office Deal in Cambridge for AI Expansion

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Sept. 24, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Blitzy, the autonomous software development company founded in Cambridge in 2023, has secured the largest office deal of 2026, signing a 52,000-rentable-square-foot lease at One Kendall Square, expanding its global headquarters. The lease, covering two floors at Building 200 at One Kendall Square, is a strategic investment by Blitzy to quadruple its headcount, bringing the total number of employees on the ground in Cambridge to more than 200. The lease runs for five years and is expected to see Blitzy take occupancy in the second quarter of 2027, following a 39,000-square-foot build-out.
