SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador, Sept. 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Bitget Wallet, a self-custodial crypto wallet for everyday finance, has integrated Reality, a regulated tokenized asset issuance protocol, allowing its 100 million users to trade over 1700 tokenized stocks and ETFs directly from a self-custodial wallet. This integration marks a significant step in providing users with direct exposure to U.S. equities without the need to convert funds off-chain, open a foreign brokerage account, or surrender custody of their assets.
The integration brings Reality's tokenized assets, known as rTokens, to Bitget Wallet, which already offers Ondo and xStocks. This expansion provides one of the broadest selections of tokenized U.S. equities available through a self-custodial wallet. The offering is currently live on the Arbitrum and Morph chains.
Each rToken is backed 1:1 by underlying U.S. shares held at Alpaca Securities, a FINRA-registered, SIPC-member broker-dealer. Reserves are independently attested daily by a third-party CPA firm. During U.S. market hours, Reality routes orders to underlying Nasdaq and NYSE liquidity, ensuring users have access to real-world market conditions.
Beyond passive equity exposure, rTokens offer additional utility. Eligible dividends are distributed directly to users' wallets in stablecoins, and corporate actions such as stock splits are reflected automatically. These assets are also DeFi-composable, allowing supported assets to be integrated into onchain applications and used across functions such as collateral and other DeFi protocols.
According to Alvin Kan, COO of Bitget Wallet, "Most users globally have had no viable path to U.S. equity exposure, not because of lack of demand, but because the infrastructure was either inaccessible or required giving up custody. Reality's model is different: real shares, real liquidity, real dividends, and users keep control of their keys throughout. That combination is what makes this integration meaningful."
Alice Li, Head of Reality, added, "This integration with Bitget Wallet is an important step in making rTokens available across a much wider ecosystem. Through an open API, wallets, exchanges, and protocols can connect directly to rToken liquidity and bring US equity exposure to their users without building the underlying infrastructure from scratch."
A.J. Warner, Chief Strategy Officer at Offchain, noted, "Tokenized equities are one of the fastest-growing categories onchain right now, and a large share of that growth is happening on the Arbitrum Platform. Reality's integration with Bitget Wallet is the latest example of that momentum, bringing real-world, dividend-paying equities directly onchain and into the hands of users worldwide. Arbitrum will continue to establish itself as the industry-leading platform to power the programmable economy for all market participants."
Renna Ba, Morph's Director of Partnerships, stated, "Morph gives Reality the fast, low-cost infrastructure needed to make tokenized U.S. equities feel as seamless as any on-chain asset. The Morph network is designed for the high-frequency, low-friction experience tokenized equities require. And, because dividends land as stablecoins on Morph, users can spend or deploy that income the same day, the asset and the account sit in one place. This launch shows how scalable blockchain infrastructure can bring real-world assets closer to everyday users."
