Birch Agency, a nationwide staffing firm specializing in education and school-based professionals, has achieved a significant milestone in the past three school years by successfully placing 26 sign language interpreters across four states, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
The company recently filled six vacant sign language interpreter positions for a large Pennsylvania public school district in just under 30 days, a feat that took other staffing agencies over a year to accomplish. This rapid turnaround highlights Birch Agency’s ability to source highly qualified professionals from outside the immediate market and provide relocation support.

Each of the interpreters placed by Birch holds either an Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) score of 3.5 or higher or National Interpreter Certification (NIC).
