Bigly Sales Launches MCP Server for AI Assistant Integration

The new MCP server works by enabling AI assistants to connect to outside software, including Bigly Sales. Anthropic released MCP in late 2024, and since then, OpenAI, Google, and Microsoft have all backed it. This open standard has quickly become the way AI tools reach real business data, replacing previous methods of guessing. With the MCP server, customers can ask their AI assistants questions like "who picked up today and wants a demo" and receive real answers without leaving the window they are already in.
The assistant can pull call outcomes, summaries, and transcripts for any campaign, find leads that showed real interest, or update contacts and send fresh lists into active campaigns. Additionally, customers can check how a campaign is pacing and how many minutes have been used.
The Bigly Sales MCP server is now available to all Bigly Sales customers and works with Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible assistants. The company's AI agents continue to make and take calls, qualify leads, and book appointments, while the Bigly team handles setup and keeps campaigns running. Why this matters is that most sales software still hasn't built one, and not many AI calling platforms have. So for most teams, the calls happen in one place and the thinking happens somewhere else, and someone ends up copying data back and forth. Bigly Sales customers don't have to do that anymore.
