Founded in Milan in 1926 by the 25-year-old Beatrice “Bice” Ruggeri, BiCE Restaurant Group is marking a century of Italian hospitality with a series of special events. The family-owned brand, now spanning four generations, is celebrating its milestone with a unique gift certificate campaign and a new private-label pasta sauce.
The Palm Beach and Naples locations of BiCE Restaurant Group are hosting the "100 Days of Grazie" celebration from October 1 to January 8. Each day during this period, one guest will be randomly selected from that day’s OpenTable reservations to receive a $100 BiCE gift card. This initiative aims to honor the 100 days of the restaurant’s history and provide guests with special surprises.
Raffaele Ruggeri, a third-generation member of the Ruggeri family and head of the restaurant group, has developed BiCE’s first private-label pasta sauce. This sauce, made with hand-selected ingredients sourced from Italy, is a testament to the family’s commitment to preserving traditional Italian culinary practices.
The celebration is not just about looking back, but also about expressing gratitude to the generations of employees who have contributed to the success of the restaurant.
Guests are encouraged to share their stories about a special moment or experience they had at BiCE.
