IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Beta Bionics, Inc., a commercial-stage medical device company, announced the successful pricing of a public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants. The company sold 7,652,175 shares of its common stock at a price of $17.25 per share, along with pre-funded warrants to purchase 1,043,484 shares of common stock at a price of $17.2499 per share. The gross proceeds from this offering are expected to be $150.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
The offering is expected to close on or about September 17, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Beta Bionics has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,304,348 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including the expansion of its manufacturing facilities, research and development, clinical development, investment in product enhancements, potential strategic opportunities, and working capital and operating expenses. The primary focus will be on the commercialization of the iLet Bionic Pancreas, which is the first FDA-cleared insulin delivery device that autonomously determines every insulin dose.
Beta Bionics, Inc., is engaged in the design, development, and commercialization of innovative solutions to improve the health and quality of life of insulin-requiring people with diabetes (PWD).
