NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- BenefitHub, the leading platform for employee perks, benefits, and voluntary products, has appointed three new senior leaders to drive the company's next phase of growth. The additions include Daniel Owens as Chief Financial Officer, Sarah Oliver as Executive Vice President of Voluntary Products, and Matt Craven as Executive Vice President of Partnerships. These appointments follow BenefitHub's strongest financial year in company history and come as President and CEO Jeffrey Litvack advances a set of strategic priorities designed to accelerate the company's expansion and investment into new growth opportunities.
Daniel Owens, who brings more than a decade of executive finance leadership across high-growth software and technology-enabled businesses, joins BenefitHub as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he served as CFO of Maxio, a private equity-backed B2B SaaS billing and financial operations platform. Prior to Maxio, Owens held leadership roles at IO Education, where he supported a period of rapid growth and a successful exit, and Marlin Equity Partners' SaaS portfolio, where he assisted in platform investments and add-on acquisitions. He also held a leadership role with Vista Equity Partners' Vista Consulting Group, working with portfolio company management teams on value creation and operational performance. A CPA who began his career at Ernst & Young, Owens has led capital raises, debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions and sale processes across both public and private companies.
Sarah Oliver, who has more than 20 years of experience across employee benefits, insurance, enrollment, and benefits technology, is joining BenefitHub as Executive Vice President of Voluntary Products. Her career includes leadership roles at Unum, Guardian, Prudential, and Trustmark, where she focused on voluntary benefits, product strategy, enrollment solutions, and benefits technology. She has also advised emerging technology companies navigating growth and market adoption. Oliver has served as a board advisor to BenefitHub since 2025, providing strategic guidance on the company's voluntary benefits business. She now joins BenefitHub full-time.
Matt Craven, who has more than 25 years of experience building SaaS revenue, customer, and partner ecosystems, is joining BenefitHub as Executive Vice President of Partnerships. Most recently, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Swipeclock, where he built and scaled a channel partner ecosystem to more than 1,200 relationships. His experience spans partner strategy, technology integrations, customer lifecycle management, and post-acquisition integration.
These appointments come as BenefitHub continues to expand its platform and invest in the products, technology, and partnerships that support employers and their employees. The company now serves 17,000+ organizations with a modern, connected benefits experience, providing exclusive access to millions of discounts on travel, entertainment, and everyday essentials.
