BAYONNE, N.J., Sept. 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- BCB Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for BCB Community Bank, has announced the successful completion of an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock. The offering, which was priced at a total gross proceeds of $85,250,000, is expected to close on September 18, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

The company has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase an additional 1,650,000 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Piper Sandler & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.

BCB Bancorp, Inc. intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for various corporate purposes.
