Reichenbach, an accomplished entrepreneur and public-company executive, brings a wealth of experience in technology and consumer brands to the board.
Reichenbach is currently the Managing Partner of Evolver Ventures Inc., an investment and operating platform focused on building and scaling consumer and technology-enabled businesses. His past roles include senior executive leadership at Magmic Games, an early mobile game developer and publisher, and as founder and Chairman of Rabbit, a social video and content-sharing platform. He also served as Chairman of GuestDriven, a hospitality technology platform, where he honed skills in software and digital products, intellectual-property partnerships, venture financing, and strategic growth.
Reichenbach's experience extends to the founding and scaling of Flow Water Inc., a consumer business that grew from its early development into a North American business with a strong retail presence. Under his leadership, Flow Water developed its brand and distribution platform, attracted significant institutional capital, and successfully listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2021. His background in leading a company through its public market transition is seen as a valuable asset for Battery X Metals as it pursues its next stages of growth.
Battery X Metals is advancing the development and real-world application of its patent-pending lithium-ion battery rebalancing technology. As of the date of this announcement, Battery X Metals' Board of Directors is comprised of four directors, including two independent directors, Martino Ciambrelli and Howard Blank, and two non-independent directors, Massimo Bellini Bressi and Dallas Pretty. Upon Reichenbach's appointment, he will serve as an independent director of the Company.
