The initial batch of 200 picnic baskets arrived at the port two weeks prior to Christmas 2025. Following a launch on MossyCove's independent online store, complemented by a product photoshoot along the coast of County Wicklow, the market response was immediate. The brand sold 110 units within the first two weeks, entirely selling out the batch by January. The product's performance resonated strongly with consumers.

Following the rapid sell-out, MossyCove placed a second order for 1,200 units and expanded the line to include a smaller, single-person version.
