Bao Restaurant Group has expanded its offerings to Denver's premier sports and entertainment venue, Ball Arena, bringing its signature dumplings to the arena's Club Level. The new partnership marks a significant step for the restaurant group, which has been a local favorite for five years and is now making its dumplings more accessible to a wider audience.
The dumplings on offer at Ball Arena include four of Bao's signature varieties: the Cheeseburger, Xiao Long Bao, Buffalo Chicken, and vegan Shiitake Mushroom. These dumplings, which combine Asian techniques with bold, western flavors, are part of the group's commitment to innovation and quality. Michael Swift, the owner of Bao Restaurant Group and co-founder of Dump'd Dumplings, expressed excitement about the partnership.
This expansion is part of Bao Restaurant Group's ongoing growth. In 2024, the group expanded to include a two-time Michelin-Recommended omakase restaurant, Ukiyo, and a second Bao location on Tennyson Street in August 2025. Earlier this year, Bao also introduced Dump'd Dumplings, a direct-to-consumer frozen dumpling brand that brings globally inspired, American-made dumplings to freezers nationwide. Rooted in street-food culture, Dump'd is reimagining the frozen food aisle with bold flavors and restaurant-quality dumplings designed to be enjoyed at home.
The dumplings are available at Section 248 on Ball Arena's Club Level, with pricing starting at $16.
