Axuall Appoints Kris Joshi to Board of Directors

Axuall, a leader in clinical workforce intelligence, has announced the appointment of Kris Joshi to its board of directors. Joshi brings extensive experience in scaling healthcare software, data, and AI, particularly from his roles at Optum and Change Healthcare.

Joshi’s appointment comes at a critical time for Axuall as the company aims to address the fragmented and outdated information systems that govern clinical workforce data in healthcare organizations. With his background in leading large-scale data and network businesses, Joshi is expected to provide strategic insights that will shape the company's next phase of growth.

Prior to joining Axuall, Joshi served as CEO of Optum’s Software, Network, and Data business following the acquisition of Change Healthcare in 2022. During his tenure, he oversaw a portfolio of healthcare software, data, analytics, payment, and network businesses that serve various stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, including payers, providers, and life sciences organizations. He has also held senior roles at Change Healthcare, where he helped grow revenue from $1 billion to $3.5 billion, and at Norstella, a global life sciences data and AI company.

Earlier in his career, Joshi spent nine years at Change Healthcare as Executive Vice President and President of Software and Network Solutions. His leadership there played a key role in the company’s successful IPO. Additionally, he was the Global Vice President of Products at Oracle, where he established the Health Sciences Global Business Unit. Joshi’s early career saw him work at McKinsey & Company, where he honed his skills in strategic consulting.
