AWOL Vision Unveils LuxVision Ultra-Short-Throw Projector

BERLIN, Sept. 3, 2026, AWOL Vision, a global home entertainment brand, has unveiled its latest innovation, LuxVision, at the IFA 2026 electronics trade fair. This new flagship ultra-short-throw projector marks a significant advancement in home entertainment technology, offering 4K 120Hz performance and 6,000 ISO lumens of brightness.

AWOL Vision, which has undergone a refreshed global brand identity, introduced LuxVision as part of its "Bring Wonder Home" vision. The projector combines the AWOL Aetherion UST series and AWOL Valerion long-throw series under a unified brand framework, emphasizing the company's commitment to delivering immersive audiovisual experiences.

The LuxVision projector is designed with gamers and home theater enthusiasts in mind. It features 4K at 120 frames per second, processing nearly one billion pixels per second to ensure fast-paced scenes are displayed with sharp, smooth, and rich detail. With an input lag of just 1 millisecond, support for Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and Dolby Vision Gaming, it offers an optimal gaming experience. Additionally, three HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort, and 4-channel HDMI Multiview enable the connection of multiple screens and sources simultaneously.

AWOL Vision has also prioritized flexibility and design with the LuxVision. Its throw ratio of 0.18:1 allows for the creation of a 200-inch cinema screen even from extremely short distances, thanks to vertical optical lens shift, which can be adjusted with a single touch. The motorized lens cover and stray-light-free lens ensure a pure, precise, and distortion-free image. Customizable color, material, and finish (CMF) options provide seamless integration into any living space.

In terms of image quality and laser technology, the LuxVision projector delivers outstanding results. With 6,000 ISO lumens (RGB triple laser), it maintains vibrant images in both bright daylight and during movie nights, covering 110 percent of the Rec. 2020 color gamut. Dynamic tone mapping, a 7-step iris, and support for Dolby Vision, IMAX Enhanced, Filmmaker Mode, and 3D ensure a true cinematic experience. AWOL's 2nd-generation Anti-RBE technology further reduces rainbow effects and visual fatigue.
