Atos Group, a global leader in AI-powered digital transformation, reported a third consecutive quarter of sequential improvement in its organic revenue trajectory, marking a significant milestone in its recovery journey. For the third quarter of 2026, the company achieved a revenue of €1,642 million, representing a -2.4% organic decline from the same period in 2025. This improvement follows a -11.0% decline in the first quarter of 2026 and a -5.8% decline in the second quarter of 2026.

The company's Atos SBU generated reported revenue of €1,566 million, down -2.0% organically compared to Q3 2025. The Eviden SBU, on the other hand, reported revenue of €76 million in Q3 2026, down -10.9% organically compared to Q3 2025. However, excluding the impact of Bull's deconsolidation and revenue recognition timing effects, Eviden SBU revenues were up +5.1% organically year-on-year.

Atos France revenue reached €257 million in Q3 2026, marking a new positive inflexion in the growth curve, with a -2.7% organic decline from Q3 2025. Atos UK & Ireland saw a significant improvement, with revenue reaching €323 million in Q3 2026, up +30.8% organically year-on-year and +8% quarter-on-quarter. This represents the fourth consecutive quarter of growth for the region, primarily due to low comparables in the same period last year and continued strong momentum in 2026.

Atos Germany, Austria & Central Europe revenue was €333 million in Q3 2026, representing a -6.1% organic decline compared to Q3 2025. This performance was mainly driven by a few large client ramp-downs following insourcing strategies and the managed exit of low-profitability contracts. However, successful fertilization and cross-selling to existing clients, as well as renewed relations with former clients, partially offset these declines.

Atos International Markets revenue was €233 million in Q3 2026, up +4.0% organically year-on-year and for the first time in positive territory since the launch of Genesis. The performance was broad-based, with most regions growing and Switzerland, Middle East & Turkey, and Southeast Europe delivering double-digit growth. APAC was impacted by the expected ramp-down of a large contract following the customer’s strategic insourcing of part of its IT operations.

Order entry reached €1,024 million in Q3 2026, with France, UK & Ireland, and International Markets growing year-on-year. Key contracts signed during the quarter include an exclusive partnership with EDF, France’s leading energy company, for operational information system management for nuclear power plants, a contract with the Metropolitan Police Service in London, and a framework agreement with HM Revenue & Customs in the UK & Ireland.

Atos's book-to-bill ratio stood at 62% in Q3 2026, down c. 7 points compared to the same period last year. The Atos SBU's book-to-bill was 63%, down c. 7 points compared to the same period last year, while the Eviden SBU's book-to-bill was 59%, down 18 points from the same period last year, mainly reflecting a stronger summer timing effect on contract signings.

The company's liquidity improved to €966 million at the end of September 2026, with limited contribution from the recurring receivables factoring program at €21 million. Acceleration is expected from the fourth quarter onward as the program continues to deploy. The company also achieved a key milestone, with operations turning cash positive in Q3 for the first time since the Genesis launch.

Atos continued to accelerate its strategic technology pillars, including cybersecurity, agentic AI, and digital sovereignty. The launch of Atos Genesis Intelligence, the company's state-of-the-art end-to-end sovereign AI Suite, is a significant step in this direction. The company is also delivering measurable value for clients through agentic AI, deploying solutions at the heart of client operations in Europe and in its own operations as Client Zero.

In conclusion, Atos Group is on track to achieve its full-year targets, with organic revenue growth of around -5% and an operating margin at c. 7%. The company remains focused on accelerating sustainable and profitable growth, helping clients navigate AI-driven transformation while strengthening their digital sovereignty and cybersecurity.
