Asplundh Appoints Chris Farley as Chief Operating Officer
Asplundh, a leading provider of infrastructure solutions, has announced the appointment of Chris Farley as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Vegetation Management. Farley will be based at the company’s headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania, and will report to Co-Presidents David Fleischner and George Graham.
Farley brings a wealth of experience to Asplundh, having previously served as Area Vice President at Waste Management, overseeing the Greater Mid-Atlantic region, a complex market area with a value of over $2 billion. His responsibilities included managing diverse business lines such as collections, transfer stations, and recycling facilities. Prior to his role at Waste Management, Farley held positions in the legal and energy and metals industries, gaining experience in sales, finance, and law.
In his new position, Farley will be responsible for leading all strategic and day-to-day operational aspects of the business with a focus on growth, efficiency, and financial performance. He will also focus on the development of Asplundh’s operating model and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that safety remains a top priority across the organization.
