London, UK, Sept. 30, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Arlo, a software platform for instructor-led training providers, has launched a survey to gauge the evolving landscape of instructor-led training across in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments.

The survey, produced in collaboration with The Training Marketplace, is now open to professionals involved in delivering or managing instructor-led training. Participants are encouraged to complete the survey, which takes approximately 10 minutes, to help shape the final report. The findings are expected to be published in November, offering valuable insights into the current state of the industry.

According to Arlo, 67% of training providers surveyed continue to rely heavily on instructor-led training, which accounts for the majority of their delivery and revenue. The survey also reveals a growing trend towards blended learning, with 43% of respondents already offering this format, and another 32% planning to introduce it in the future. Private training is another significant area highlighted, with 61% of respondents noting that it drives their profits, while 52% use training marketplaces to market their courses.

The survey will examine various aspects of the instructor-led training market, including provider confidence, delivery models, pricing, course volumes, business models, technology adoption, and the increasing use of artificial intelligence. It will also explore the changing balance between face-to-face, virtual, and blended training, while incorporating insights into training buyer behavior from The Training Marketplace platform.

Participants in the survey will receive several benefits, including early access to the findings when the report is released in November. They will also have the opportunity to attend webinars featuring members of the report's expert advisory panel and gain access to exclusive offers from report partners. Additionally, survey participants will be entered into a drawing for a US$500 Amazon gift card.

The survey is being guided by an advisory panel consisting of professionals and experts with experience in instructor-led training, learning and development, and training technology. The panel includes Donald H. Taylor, Catherine Brown of Good Humans Growth Network, Scott D'Amico of Communispond, Tammy Banks of Taye Training, Karl Kapp, Melissa Satterfield of Langevin, Peter Evans of The Training Marketplace, and Chris Teeling of Arlo Software. The panel will review the results and contribute industry context to the final report, helping to connect the survey findings with the practical experiences of professionals working in instructor-led training.

Arlo's platform supports public and private courses delivered in person, online, or through blended formats, helping training organizations manage activities ranging from registration through certification. The company's mission is to empower training providers to deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective instructor-led training experiences.
