Arizona Gold & Silver Reports Strong Gold Mineralization at Philadelphia Project

Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. has announced assay results from infill drilling at its Philadelphia Gold-Silver Project in Mohave County, Arizona. The company reported intersections of up to 90.71 meters at 1.45 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, including a high-grade interval of 9.94 meters at 5.58 g/t gold, in three drill holes.
The drilling was conducted as part of the company’s ongoing exploration efforts, with the goal of defining and delineating the broader mineralized envelope surrounding the high-grade Perry Zone. This phase of drilling has continued to intersect broad zones of gold mineralization, which are interpreted to represent the upper levels of an epithermal gold-silver system.
Mike Stark, President and CEO of Arizona Gold & Silver Inc., stated, "These results provide further evidence of the scale and continuity of mineralization at Philadelphia. With the strategic investment from Evolution Mining, we have expanded drilling to 24-hour operations, significantly increasing the rate of drill core production."
Dr. Lex Lambeck, Senior Vice President Exploration, added, "The results continue to demonstrate broad, continuous gold mineralization in the Perry Zone, with higher-grade intervals occurring within wider mineralized envelopes. This pattern increases our confidence that we are defining a coherent mineralized system rather than isolated intersections."
The infill drilling program has also expanded to deeper zones, with two holes, PC26-172 and PC26-173, currently pending assays. These holes are designed to test the down-dip continuation of the high-grade Perry Zone and the broader potential beneath Red Hills. The company is planning to accelerate testing of the Perry Zone at depth and advance multiple high-priority targets across the broader project.
Stark further commented, "The current program is progressively stepping down dip to evaluate the Perry Zone at depth and its relationship to the broad mineralized envelope and coincident CSAMT geophysical anomaly beneath Red Hills. The results will provide important information on the geometry, continuity, and vertical extent of the mineralized system."
The drilling program is part of a larger exploration effort aimed at advancing the district-scale potential of the low-sulfidation epithermal gold-silver system along the Arabian Fault corridor. The company is using a combination of drilling, geological mapping, geophysics, and remote-sensing programs to evaluate the project's potential.
According to Lambeck, "The infill drilling has provided key insights into the geometry and continuity of the mineralized system, guiding the next phase of exploration. With the additional drilling capacity and expanded permit, we are well-positioned to continue our exploration efforts and unlock the full potential of the Philadelphia Project."
The company's exploration activities are subject to regulatory approvals, including permits for drilling, and are also subject to the usual risks associated with mineral exploration, including the risk of unexpected variations in mineralization and the potential for fluctuations in metal prices.
