NEW YORK CITY, N.Y., Sep 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Argyle, the leading consumer-permissioned verification platform, has expanded its services to the wholesale mortgage lending market. The company has introduced a new solution that allows wholesale mortgage lenders to extend income, employment, and asset verification to their broker networks, while maintaining a broker-branded borrower experience.

This new offering is available through Argyle's Verification API and Encompass® TPO Connect from ICE Mortgage Technology®. The solution is designed to streamline the verification process for brokers and lenders alike, ensuring a smoother and more efficient experience for borrowers.

According to John Hardesty, chief revenue officer at Argyle, "Wholesale is a part of the mortgage market we've wanted to serve well for a long time. Brokers have earned the trust and relationships they build with borrowers, and now they can offer the same fast, direct-source verification experience under their own name while wholesale lenders extend Argyle across their broker networks."

The new solution offers several benefits for wholesale lenders. It enables faster turn times to clear to close by providing standardized, direct-source documentation that supports cleaner files. This reduces underwriting follow-up and back-and-forth with brokers and borrowers, streamlining the entire process. Additionally, a single setup across the broker channel generates broker-specific invites, eliminating the need to build or maintain a separate setup for each broker.

For brokers, the solution offers a broker-branded borrower experience, including the broker's name and contact information in verification invites. This ensures that the broker remains the borrower's primary point of contact throughout the process. The solution also provides lower verification costs, as brokers can access consumer-permissioned verification at a lower price point than traditional verification options. Furthermore, direct-source verification can reduce document collection and follow-up, helping brokers move loans forward faster.

Rebecca Erb, AVP product manager at PwrTPO, highlighted the benefits of the new solution, stating, "Consistency creates a smoother path from application to closing. When income, employment, and asset documentation comes back the same way every time, our underwriters spend less time on follow-up requests and more time clearing loans. Giving our TPO partners a streamlined validation experience that includes their name in borrower communications, reduces documentation, and comes at a lower cost creates real value for both our partners and their borrowers."

Wholesale lenders can now access this new solution through Argyle's Verification API or through Encompass TPO Connect. The company encourages lenders to learn more or contact them to get started at Argyle's website.
