Arc Mineral Royalties Ltd, formerly Stria Lithium Inc., launched its trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on September 8, 2026, under the ticker symbol "ARO." The company's transition to a mining royalty and streaming investment issuer comes after a successful C$12 million financing and the acquisition of a cornerstone gold royalty in Western Australia.

Arc Mineral Royalties now holds a 1% net smelter return (NSR) royalty over the Mt Henry Gold Project, operated by ASX-listed Sinclair Gold Ltd. (ASX: SGC). The project, situated in Western Australia’s Norseman district, is currently undergoing a 50,000-meter drilling program with four drill rigs on site. Sinclair Gold has announced that an updated resource estimate for the fourth quarter of 2026 is anticipated.

To support its new business direction, Arc Mineral Royalties conducted a non-brokered private placement, raising C$12 million through the issuance of 16 million common shares at C$0.75 each. The proceeds will be used to evaluate and complete additional royalty and streaming investments, as well as for general working capital and corporate purposes.

The company’s leadership team, led by Adam Davidson as Chief Executive Officer and Tyron Rees as Vice President, Corporate Development, brings significant experience from the royalty industry. Davidson and Rees co-founded and built Trident Royalties, a diversified royalty company that was acquired in 2024 for approximately US$200 million.

Arc Mineral Royalties also entered into a strategic partnership with Karri Capital Partners, a firm known for raising over A$1.7 billion for portfolio companies since 2020. The partnership is led by Steve Parsons, Michael Naylor, and Sam Brooks, founders of several highly successful ASX/TSX-listed precious metals and copper companies, including ASX 200 companies Bellevue Gold, FireFly Metals, and Andean Silver.

Alongside the Mt Henry Gold Project, Arc has an option to acquire an additional 1% NSR royalty for A$10 million, exercisable for 30 days following Sinclair Gold's announcement of a 2.0Moz JORC Mineral Resource. The Mt Henry Gold Project hosts historical JORC 2012 Mineral Resource estimates comprising approximately 822,000oz of gold in the measured and indicated categories and 94,000oz of gold in the inferred category across the Mt Henry, Selene, and North Scotia deposits.

Arc Mineral Royalties’ business development approach combines traditional royalty acquisitions and project financing with project development, leveraging the combined expertise of its management team and Karri Capital’s project development and origination capabilities. The company aims to build a diversified portfolio of high-conviction royalty assets, initially focusing on precious metals, while retaining flexibility to pursue opportunities across the natural resources sector.

The company’s scientific and technical information has been reviewed and approved by Brian Wolfe, B.Sc., MAIG, Principal Consultant Geologist, an independent Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101.
