Aptly Technology Corporation and DataMesh have entered into a strategic collaboration to advance digital twin-enabled data center operations. The partnership aims to integrate Aptly's expertise in AI infrastructure deployment and managed operations with DataMesh's FactVerse digital twin, AI agents, and simulation capabilities.
Aptly Technology, headquartered in the Seattle area, provides end-to-end cloud and AI infrastructure operations services. The company operates over 3 GW of GPU capacity for hyperscale clients, supporting infrastructure availability and operational reliability across complex environments. Its capabilities include AI data center readiness assessments, rack and GPU cluster integration, high-performance networking, infrastructure commissioning, lifecycle engineering, and ongoing managed operations.
DataMesh, a developer of industrial digital twin and physical AI solutions, complements these capabilities through its FactVerse platform. This platform integrates spatial models, infrastructure assets, operational data, AI agents, and simulation within a unified digital environment. By combining these capabilities, the companies aim to establish a continuous connection between infrastructure planning, deployment, validation, and operations through a shared digital environment.
The collaboration will focus on three key areas: 1. AI Infrastructure Readiness and Deployment: Combining Aptly's infrastructure assessment, GPU cluster integration, and commissioning expertise with DataMesh's spatial modeling capabilities to support infrastructure planning, layout validation, and capacity assessments. 2. Digital Twin-Enabled Operations and AI-Assisted Intelligence: Connecting authorized operational telemetry, infrastructure assets, and system relationships to provide greater visibility across facility and IT environments. AI-assisted analysis is intended to support incident investigation, infrastructure monitoring, inspection, and maintenance workflows. 3. Simulation, Capacity Planning, and Continuous Improvement: Using digital simulation to evaluate potential infrastructure changes, capacity requirements, thermal conditions, and cooling resilience before implementation, helping operators make more informed operational decisions.
The collaboration represents a strategic step toward bringing together physical AI infrastructure expertise and digital intelligence, with the goal of helping data center operators manage increasingly complex environments through connected data, contextual analysis, and simulation. Aptly Technology and DataMesh plan to engage with prospective customers, conduct mutually approved demonstrations, and define the technical architecture, integration requirements, and delivery responsibilities for the proposed solution.
