Apollo, a global alternative asset manager, has provided $585 million in financing to The Executive Centre (TEC), a leading provider of premium flexible office space in Asia. With over 30 years of experience and a portfolio of more than 260 centres across 38 cities in 15 markets, TEC is one of the region’s foremost players in the flexible workspace market.

The financing will primarily be used to refinance existing debt and support TEC's expansion plans, which are driven by sustained demand for premium flexible office spaces in the region. Celia Yan, a Partner and Co-Head of APAC Credit & Hybrid at Apollo, expressed excitement about the tailored solution provided to TEC.

TEC has been building a trusted platform for multinational clients who need the flexibility to scale across Asia. The investment from Apollo reflects the company's long-term, partnership-driven approach and addresses both TEC's refinancing objectives and growth ambitions.

This investment builds on Apollo’s track record of hybrid capital solutions in Asia, including transactions with JSW Cement, Global Schools Group, Hero FinCorp, HMI/PanAsia Health, Molycop, and Charles Monat Associates. The transaction was supported by A&O Shearman as legal counsel to Apollo and Clifford Chance as legal counsel and Rippledot Capital as financial advisor to TEC.

Apollo, with approximately $1.05 trillion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026, continues to provide innovative capital solutions for growth. The company’s approach aligns with its clients, businesses it invests in, employees, and the communities it impacts, aiming to expand opportunity and achieve positive outcomes.
