Apex Resources Inc., a Vancouver-based exploration company, has entered into an option agreement with ReOsiris Inc., an arm's-length party, to grant ReOsiris the exclusive right to acquire Apex's 100% interest in the Wau mineral claim located in British Columbia.

The Wau mineral claim, identified by mineral tenure No. 1136563, encompasses all minerals located on the claim, including tailings and waste rock. Under the terms of the agreement, ReOsiris will make a non-refundable upfront cash payment of $20,000 to Apex as consideration for the grant of the option. Additionally, ReOsiris will be required to pay Apex an additional $250,000 in cash upon exercising the option.

ReOsiris has a period of 12 months to determine whether it will exercise the option. If ReOsiris decides to proceed, the $20,000 upfront payment will not be credited against the $250,000 exercise price. All amounts are stated in Canadian dollars.

Apex Resources Inc. is a company with a suite of precious and critical mineral projects and historic mines located in the United States and Canada. Its flagship project, the Lithium Creek Project, covers hundreds of square miles within the Fernley, Humboldt, and Carson Sinks in Nevada, an area that includes widespread naturally flowing lithium-bearing groundwater.

The Jersey-Emerald Property, another of Apex's projects, encompasses the historic Jersey Lead-Zinc Mine, which is British Columbia's second-largest historic zinc mine, and the historic Emerald Tungsten Mine, which is Canada's second-largest historic tungsten mine, both located in southern British Columbia.

This agreement represents a strategic move for Apex Resources Inc. as it seeks to explore potential partnerships and expand its mineral interests. The company's focus on diverse mineral projects underscores its commitment to diversification and growth in the exploration sector.

With the option agreement in place, ReOsiris Inc. now has the opportunity to conduct a thorough evaluation of the Wau mineral claim. This could potentially lead to significant developments in the mining industry, particularly in the region where the claim is located.
