Amtech Software, a leading provider of ERP, MES, and CRM software solutions for the packaging and labels industry, has announced significant enhancements to its Label Traxx platform. These updates include the introduction of Label Traxx on the Cloud, Amtech Visual Analytics (AVA), and a new Track & Trace module.

Label Traxx on the Cloud marks a shift towards cloud-based operations, offering a seamless transition for existing users. The new platform retains the familiar functions, navigation, and fields of the on-premise version, ensuring minimal disruption to users. Amtech will handle the platform and technical administration, allowing businesses to focus on core operations rather than server maintenance. The company is launching a limited number of converters onto the Label Traxx Cloud Starter edition in November 2026, with a broader rollout planned for early 2027.

Amtech Visual Analytics (AVA) is a prebuilt and configurable analytics tool that connects to the Label Traxx data warehouse. It provides pre-configured dashboards for financial and operational performance, enabling teams to quickly access valuable insights. Users can drill into underlying data for detailed analysis and build custom reporting views, enhancing the platform's utility for various roles within the organization.

The new Track & Trace module extends the roll control functionality from raw materials to finished products, providing a full material history traceable from purchase orders to customer shipments. This feature helps converters identify and manage material defects more efficiently, reducing the uncertainty and cost associated with paper and spreadsheet-based tracking methods.

These updates were unveiled at LOUPE in Chicago, where Amtech Software demonstrated the new features through September 17th. The company aims to streamline plant operations, enhance data security, and provide more comprehensive business insights to its customers.

Amtech Software, founded more than 40 years ago, supports over 1,250 plants worldwide with a presence in North America, Latin America, Europe, and South Asia. The company's commitment to innovation and practical AI solutions continues to drive the industry forward.
