PHU QUOC, Vietnam, Nov. 1, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- This morning, November 1, 2026, the official opening ceremony of AMÉRYS Hotel Phu Quoc was held, marking a significant milestone in the hospitality industry. Situated within the Marina Square Complex in Duong Bao, Phu Quoc, the hotel is a 7-story establishment with a capacity of 113 rooms, offering a range of room categories from Superior to Presidential.
Invested by Les Sens - Phu Quoc Hotel Services Joint Stock Company under Khoi Nguyen Investment Holdings (KNI Group), the hotel is managed by Private Palace Vietnam Co., Ltd., a member of the Private Palace Hotels & Resorts Group based in Germany. The total capital invested in the project is over 600 billion VND, underscoring the scale and ambition of the venture.
Designed by the renowned Japanese architectural firm Raymond Architectural Design Office, AMÉRYS Hotel Phu Quoc features a unique "Ocean Warmth" concept. The building stands as a testament to the firm's over 100 years of experience in the industry. The hotel is positioned as a high-end property, specifically dedicated to multi-generational families, with a focus on creating spaces where every family member can find their own joy while remaining fully connected.
The hotel offers a range of amenities tailored to different generations. For children, the indoor Azuria Kid Club, with an area of 500m², provides a fully air-conditioned space for creative activities and seasonal programs. In collaboration with Ardingly College Vietnam, summer camp programs are expected to offer holistic body-mind-soul experiences. For parents and grandparents, the Spa Center features massage therapy, yoga, and various types of saunas, including hot/cold sauna, steam bath, and Ganban hot stone sauna. The center also includes a gym, a live music tea room, and a sports bar.
Exclusively for seniors, the hotel collaborates with Genki House, a Japanese-standard healthcare model within the same ecosystem. Genki House focuses on activities that help prevent and support drug-free therapies for elderly individuals living with cognitive decline or Alzheimer's disease. The hotel also features a private beach just a 5-minute electric buggy ride away, and two well-equipped restaurants with rich and distinctive culinary menus.
AMÉRYS Hotel Phu Quoc is part of KNI Group's broader ecosystem, which includes other significant projects. The group, established in 2022, formerly known as KNE Group, has successfully built and developed a rigorous and benchmark international educational environment within the Canadian International School system in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, KNI Group owns three major investment projects guided by the motto "Sustainable Development for People," including AMÉRYS Hotel Phu Quoc, Ardingly College Vietnam, and Genki House in Ho Chi Minh City.
Ardingly College Vietnam, an authentic British boarding school located in Lao Cai, is currently enrolling male and female boarding students from Grade 6 (11 years old) to Grade 12/13 (18 years old). Students will follow the OxfordAQA international curriculum leading to the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and Advanced Level (A-levels) qualifications, alongside boarding activities that strictly comply with the standards, Pastoral Care, safeguarding, and student support policies of Ardingly College in West Sussex (UK).
Genki House, established and operational since August 2024, is a pioneering unit in Ho Chi Minh City organizing a "semi-boarding elderly care" model based on the Japanese "Day Care" format. With the collaboration of highly qualified experts, doctors, and technicians from both Vietnam and Japan, Genki House focuses on activities that help prevent and support drug-free therapies for elderly individuals living with cognitive decline or Alzheimer's disease.
Phu Quoc, known for its year-round mild climate, fine white sand beaches, and warm waters, provides an ideal natural therapeutic environment for the elderly to relax and stimulates curiosity and exploration in young children. The island's convenient location in the heart of Southeast Asia, with increasing domestic flights and connections from international hubs like Singapore, Malaysia, and Bangkok, makes it an attractive destination for tourists. The visa-free policy for international visitors to the Phu Quoc Special Economic Zone further enhances its appeal.
With its commitment to multi-generational hospitality and a focus on creating meaningful experiences, AMÉRYS Hotel Phu Quoc is poised to become a significant player in the hospitality industry, offering a unique blend of luxury and family-friendly amenities.
