AMC Technology Launches FDE Team for Enterprise Voice on Salesforce

AMC Technology, a company with over three decades of experience in enterprise voice solutions, has launched a dedicated Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team to help businesses integrate their existing voice infrastructure with the Salesforce platform. This move aims to address the challenges faced by enterprises in adopting new Salesforce capabilities while maintaining their existing voice systems.

Anthony Uliano, the founder and CEO of AMC Technology, explained that the new FDE team will work closely with customers and Salesforce teams to design and implement voice solutions that fit within their existing environments.

The FDE team will focus on several key areas, including the implementation of new Agentforce Contact Center environments, connecting these environments to existing telephony and customer contact service (CCaaS) infrastructure, and enabling Agentforce Voice and Salesforce + AMC Contact Center within existing voice environments. AMC's DaVinci orchestration technology will play a crucial role in this process, serving as the underlying layer that connects voice signaling, media, events, and customer data across various enterprise voice platforms and Salesforce.

Uliano emphasized that AMC's approach is different from traditional advisory consulting.

AMC Technology will be showcasing its capabilities at Dreamforce, the annual Salesforce conference, from September 15 to 17. Visitors can see live demonstrations of how existing enterprise voice infrastructure can connect to Salesforce and Agentforce, highlighting the potential for businesses to leverage their existing investments while moving towards a more integrated voice strategy.
