GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 10, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Alpine Banks of Colorado, a $6.8 billion independent, employee-owned bank founded in 1973, has announced significant leadership changes effective September 10, 2026. Glen Jammaron, who has been serving as the President/CEO and Chairman of both Alpine Banks of Colorado and its wholly owned subsidiary, Alpine Bank, will now focus exclusively on high-level banking directives. This decision underscores the bank’s commitment to maintaining its culture, brand, and values.

In Jammaron's place, Jay Rickstrew, who currently holds the position of Chief Retail Officer at Alpine Bank, has been appointed President and Vice Chairman of the Company, as well as President of Alpine Bank. Rickstrew will take on the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring operational and financial performance.

Additionally, Matt Teeters, who has served as the Regional President of Alpine Bank, has been promoted to Chief Retail Officer. In this role, Teeters will oversee all retail banking functions, including deposit and loan operations, marketing, mortgage services, and wealth management.
