New York, NY, Sept. 01, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Alpha Compute Corp., a provider of high-density AI compute infrastructure and enterprise GPU services, has been granted an additional 180-day period by Nasdaq to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the stock market.

On August 31, 2026, the company received formal notification from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, extending its compliance period until March 1, 2027. This decision comes after Alpha Compute was previously warned on March 2, 2026, that its common stock had traded below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days, violating Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 per share.

Brittany Kaiser, CEO of Alpha Compute, stated, "This extension gives us the runway to execute against a plan we were already running. Our focus is unchanged: driving multi-year enterprise revenue and improving the operating margin of every cluster we bring online. We believe the fundamentals of the business and not the current trading price are what ultimately close this gap, and we intend to use every tool available to us, including a reverse share split if required, to protect our listing and our shareholders."

Alpha Compute must ensure that the closing bid price of its common stock reaches at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days during the additional 180-day period to regain compliance. Nasdaq retains the discretion to require a higher sustained bid price, but generally no more than 20 consecutive business days, before determining compliance.

Notably, the notification has no immediate effect on the trading of Alpha Compute's common stock, which continues to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol ALP. The company is domiciled in the British Virgin Islands and maintains offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Amsterdam, and Toronto. Alpha Compute is also a founding partner of the Right2Compute Coalition, committed to supporting secure, confidential computing environments for critical sectors including finance, defense, intelligence, and media.
