Allarity Therapeutics, a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company based in TarpON Springs, Florida, has secured its first commercial agreement under a newly established CLIA laboratory services strategy. The agreement, which complements the company’s existing gene expression and DRP® services, marks a significant step in the company’s efforts to diversify its revenue streams.

The deal involves providing development, validation, and related laboratory services to a European biotechnology company. These services will support the implementation of a precision oncology predictive device for use in the United States. The agreement is part of Allarity’s broader strategy to expand the commercial use of its existing laboratory capabilities, which were CLIA-certified in July 2026.

Allarity’s Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Jensen, commented on the significance of the agreement.

Stenoparib, the company’s lead drug candidate, is a novel PARP/tankyrase inhibitor for patients with advanced ovarian cancer. The drug was previously known as E7449 and 2X-121. Allarity has secured exclusive global rights to develop and commercialize stenoparib, which was originally developed by Eisai Co., Ltd. The company has completed its first Phase 2 trial evaluating stenoparib in patients with advanced ovarian cancer, demonstrating promising and durable clinical benefit in patients who received two or more prior lines of therapy.

The company is also developing a companion diagnostic using its proprietary DRP® technology to identify patients who may derive the greatest clinical benefit from stenoparib. The DRP® platform has demonstrated the ability to provide statistically significant predictions of clinical outcome following drug treatment across dozens of retrospective and prospective clinical studies.

Allarity’s top development priority remains stenoparib, but the company is also advancing a separate Phase 2 trial evaluating stenoparib in combination with temozolomide for patients with relapsed small cell lung cancer. This trial began enrolling patients in early 2026 and is currently enrolling patients at multiple U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs sites.

The company’s financial health is supported by its existing working capital, which it expects to be sufficient to fund operations into the summer of 2028. Forward-looking statements in this press release include the potential for the agreement to generate recurring commercial revenue and the opportunity to pursue broader service opportunities for its CLIA-certified laboratory capabilities.
