Algo8 AI Inc., an industrial artificial intelligence company behind the PlantBrain™ platform, has received final approval to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the symbol "AIOS". The listing is set to take place on or about October 13, 2026, marking the company's debut as a standalone public entity.
Algo8 has achieved this milestone following the closing of a previously announced plan of arrangement on October 6, 2026. This arrangement allowed the company to acquire the Algo8 business and secure a strategic investment of $2.79 million from Chemelex LLC. The listing statement, dated September 30, 2026, provides detailed information on the listing and the company's business.
The company's platform, PlantBrain™, has already seen more than 80 successful deployments across the steel, tire, automotive, and energy sectors. These deployments underscore the company's commitment to optimizing industrial operations through advanced AI solutions. Algo8's platform connects operational and business systems, leveraging generative, agentic, predictive, and physical AI to transform industrial data into actionable decisions and actions.
The listing comes with specific restrictions on the transfer of shares. Approximately 66.06% of the issued and outstanding shares are subject to transfer restrictions, with founders, management, and advisors restricted from trading for the first 12 months after listing. Shares will be released in stages through the 36-month anniversary of the trading date. Shares issued to Chemelex and finders in connection with the arrangement are subject to a shorter lock-up period, with 50% released six months after the trading date and the remaining 50% at 12 months.
Algo8's management is focused on disciplined execution, aiming to expand within existing customers, win new large-scale operators in North America and internationally, and continue advancing the platform toward progressively more autonomous operations. The company's strategic investor, Chemelex LLC, has shown confidence in Algo8's potential, investing $2.79 million in the company.
Algo8's platform is designed to connect the operational and business systems customers already run, turning data into decisions and actions across scheduling, maintenance, quality, energy, and throughput. The company has a global footprint, with customer relationships and pipeline across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. A Phase 1 multi-plant deployment with a global tire manufacturer is under an initial contract of approximately $4.0 million, with potential recurring support.
The CSE listing is a significant step in Algo8's strategy to scale its Industrial AI platform. The company intends to deepen its work with existing customers, add new large-scale operators, and continue advancing the platform toward progressively more autonomous operations. Algo8 is led by Nandan Mishra, Co-Founder and CEO, Himanshu Singh, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, and Brandon Kou, President and Director. The board of directors includes key industry figures and financial experts.
With the listing, Algo8 aims to increase its visibility and access to capital, driving further innovation and expansion in the industrial AI space. The company's focus remains on making industrial operations more productive and progressively more autonomous, one plant at a time.
