Alex Metals Corp., a minerals exploration company, has achieved a significant milestone by receiving approval to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). The company's common shares (TSXV: ALX) are expected to begin trading on September 22, 2026, marking a new phase in the company's growth and providing investors with a new avenue to participate in its future.
The approval for listing comes on the heels of a successful private placement offering, where the company raised $8,147,282 through the issuance of 11,638,976 special warrants at a price of $0.70 per warrant. These special warrants were automatically converted into common shares on September 16, 2026, resulting in the issuance of an additional 11,638,976 common shares.
