Alethea Launches Artemis for Security to Combat Online Threats

Alethea, a leading agentic AI threat mitigation company, has launched Artemis for Security, a new platform designed to detect and mitigate online threats of violence before they escalate into real-world incidents. The platform is aimed at security operations centers (GSOCs), insider threat teams, and enterprise risk functions, providing automated detection and takedown capabilities for violative content.

According to Lisa Kaplan, CEO of Alethea, the launch of Artemis for Security is a response to the growing threat of online violence and its potential to turn into physical harm.

Artemis for Security features several key capabilities, including automated takedowns, narrative alerting and triage, executive and asset protection, and automated response packages. The platform monitors the internet, scores threats against a proprietary radicalization model, and removes violative content before it can escalate. It also includes role-based access control and immutable audit logs to ensure secure and transparent operations.

In addition to Artemis for Security, Alethea has expanded its product suite with a REST API, an MCP server, and enhanced narrative velocity alerting. These tools allow for real-time integration with existing security systems and provide early warning of emerging threats.
