Alchemy Labs Expands ExoShield Portfolio to 40 Vehicle Models

Alchemy Labs Inc., a Canadian nanotechnology company, has expanded its ExoShield® ULTRA Pro vehicle-specific kit portfolio to include 40+ supported vehicle models across 17 kits, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth. This expansion, announced on September 23, 2026, from more than 20 supported models announced in August 2026, includes several major General Motors (GM) pickup and SUV platforms, such as the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 and HD pickup trucks, as well as the Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon, and Cadillac Escalade. Additionally, the company has added kits for the Ineos Grenadier and Quartermaster, extending its reach into the premium off-road market.

The inclusion of GM’s 1500 and HD pickup trucks builds on the company’s recently launched Ford F-Series offering and significantly expands its coverage of the North American pickup truck market. The newly supported GM platforms include the Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2500 HD, and 3500 HD, as well as the GMC Sierra 1500, 2500 HD, and 3500 HD. These vehicles have meaningful applications across both consumer and commercial markets, including construction, field services, utilities, and other fleet environments where windshield replacement costs and vehicle downtime can be significant.

The addition of the Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon, and Cadillac Escalade further broadens ExoShield’s presence in the large SUV segment. These vehicles are frequently exposed to conditions that increase the risk of windshield damage, making the protection offered by ExoShield ULTRA Pro Kits even more relevant. The kits are precision-cut, vehicle-specific windshield protection films designed to help reduce damage from rock chips and road debris, pre-cut and pre-shrunk for specific vehicle platforms, reducing installation time and making the product easier for ExoShield's installer partners to deploy.

Alchemy Labs Inc. intends to continue expanding the ULTRA Pro portfolio as part of its strategy to increase ExoShield's addressable market, support greater sales productivity across its installer network, and create additional opportunities in consumer, dealership, and fleet channels. The company has also clarified its engagement with JT Pacific Capital Partners Corp., which has been granted an aggregate of 80,000 stock options exercisable until July 31, 2036, with an exercise price of $1.00 per Option. These options will vest in four equal semi-annual installments over a period of twenty-four months from the date of grant, provided JT Pacific continues to provide services to the company at each applicable vesting date.
