Ålandsbanken Abp has successfully issued SEK 250 million in Tier 2 notes, marking a significant move in its capital strategy. The issue, which will mature on December 8, 2036, will carry a floating interest rate of 3-month STIBOR plus 155 basis points per annum. This issuance is part of the bank's broader EUR 2 billion capital market program, which was approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority on August 28, 2026.

The Tier 2 notes, carrying the ISIN code SE0013362951, will be listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The final terms and conditions will be published on the bank's website. Nordea Bank Abp has been appointed as the lead manager for this issue, overseeing the entire process.
