Aktsiaselts Infortar Completes Own Share Acquisition

Aktsiaselts Infortar has announced the completion of its own share acquisition transactions on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange during the period of September 14-18, 2026. The company acquired its own shares based on the stock exchange announcement published on April 20, 2026. The share buyback programme is managed by SEB Pank AS, which will buy back shares on behalf of Aktsiaselts Infortar.

The company's main fields of activity include maritime transport, energy, and real estate. Infortar owns a 68.83% shareholding in Tallink Grupp, a 100% share in Elenger Grupp, and a versatile and modern real estate portfolio of approximately 141,000 square meters.
