Akkodis Appoints Giles Guidicelli as Group SVP for Germany and Austria

Akkodis, a global leader in digital engineering consulting, has appointed Giles Guidicelli as Group SVP of Akkodis Germany and Austria, effective September 1, 2026. Guidicelli will lead the company's efforts to accelerate its development as a key player in the digital engineering market, focusing on customer satisfaction and technological excellence.

Prior to his new role, Guidicelli joined the management team on May 1, 2026, working closely with Thomas Klukas, the Managing Director of Akkodis Germany and Austria. Together, they prepared the leadership transition, gaining a deep understanding of the business and strengthening relationships with customers and partners. Guidicelli brings over 25 years of leadership experience, having held senior management positions at Capgemini Engineering before joining Akkodis.

Guidicelli's appointment comes as Akkodis aims to combine Germany's engineering and innovation capabilities with the speed of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. Thomas Klukas, who will move into the global role of Group SVP Strategic Execution within the Akkodis Group, has been an integral part of the leadership transition. Since May 2026, Klukas has been the interim leader, advancing the development of the business, realigning the organization, and laying important groundwork for the future. Guidicelli's appointment ensures continuity in leadership and sets the stage for the company's continued growth and success in Germany and Austria.
